Tensorflight is building a technological product that is an innovation on a global scale and revolutionises the property insurance industry. We automate the remote inspection of commercial, residential and industrial buildings using satellite, airplane, street view and lidar images. We combine it with geospatial information and building records. Our software and services capture, organize, and analyze data for buildings and properties to unlock valuable insight like construction type and property value. We are processing large amounts of images and data using Google Cloud and Kubernetes to extract the most accurate building characteristics using state-of-the-art computer vision research. Millions of buildings were already processed through our platform and the usage grows exponentially and there are a lot of buildings in the world to inspect. Tensorflight is the leading property data platform that helps underwriters and decision-makers reduce risk and cost, in some cases 100-fold as we replace physical inspection, and make better choices in an increasingly competitive environment.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 2+ years experience in the field of business development and sales
  • Excellent knowledge of English in speech and writing
  • Experience in working with technology projects, startups 
  • Knowledge of the real estate market or insurance industry


  • Build relationships with sales executives at top insurance companies inUs, Australia and Europe
  • Closing international and national sales deals
  • Attending and presenting at Insurtech conferences
  • Helping guide Tensorflight strategy based on client’s feedback
  • Support sales team in closing deals
  • Spot issues and proactively address them to ensure a successful sale on optimal terms
  • Identify and develop appropriate individual sales plans to meet revenue goals
  • Establish sales strategy and initiatives to maximize profit; plan and direct sale’s policies, objectives and best practices
